30-day warranty

Every part we sell is covered for 30 days. We pull, inspect, and test parts before they ship — if something's wrong with a part you bought, call us at (970) 842-0610 and we'll make it right.

Free shipping

Most shipped orders go out free via UPS from our yard in Brush, Colorado. Parts are photographed before packing — the photos on the listing are the actual part you receive.

Yard pickup parts

Some parts — engines, transmissions, doors, axles, and other freight-size items — are pickup-only at the yard. Call to reserve and we'll have it ready.

Returns

Every part is covered by our 30-day warranty. We accept returns of defective and non-defective parts, and exchanges, within 30 days of delivery, in new or slightly used condition. Start any return by calling (970) 842-0610 (Mon–Fri, 8–5 Mountain) with your order number or part tag.

Bring the part back to the yard or send it by mail; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee, and refunds are issued within 5 days of the part arriving back at the yard.
